Beauty & Health

Cost:  Under $5.00 per recipe.
Savings:  HUGE!
Benefits:  I know exactly what is in the product that I'm putting
on my skin, the largest and one of the most important organs of my body!

Face Moisturizer

I used expensive moisturizers before children, then went to a less expensive moisturizer from the grocery store after children.  Now I save money and get safe results with the four ingredients at the left!  They absorb quickly and leave no residue.  Since using this combination of oils, I have had no problem with either oily or dry skin (I'm a combo skin kind of a woman).

Keeping it Clean:  Skin

I use doTERRA face wash and oils to keep my skin clean and cared for.  This is an awesome home-made mask that I use.  It leaves my skin clean, naturally moist, and fortified with all natural products.  Click on the title above for quick "how to" video.

Keeping It Clean:  Inside
I use doTERRA vitamin packages (Life Long Vitality) to support my body's immune system and supplement my dietary needs.  I also add a variety of essential oils to my AM routine of green smoothies.  I can make one in under 5 minutes!

The video (linked at left and above) is a quick basic recipe.  Experiement with a variety of fresh fruits and vegetables.  Make sure you have a powerful blender.  I use a Vitamix now.

Keeping it Smelling great: Deodorant
Click on the word "deodorant" to view the document with recipes for basic and sensitive skins.  I haven't purchased deodorant in over 2 years. In Arizona where I live, it's not practical to put the deodorant in a stick form so I keep it in a 4 oz. canning jar and put it on with my finger in the AM.  I use a little beeswax in the summer to help the deodorant stay homogeneous.  I often get remarks from people who are standing close to me such as "what are you wearing, you smell good!"  Well, it's my deodorant!
